Mark is a graduate of the California Hypnosis Institute of India (CHII), an affiliate of the California Hypnosis Institute, Los Angeles, USA, and member of the American Hypnosis Association.

Mark studied in New Delhi, India with Dr. Yogesh Choudhary, Director of the Indian Institute of Hypnotherapy and with the late Dr. Sunny Satin, author of Incredibly Believable!

Mark chose to study and practise in India because of the emphasis on and implicit understanding of the holistic and spiritual components of professional clinical hypnotherapy and past life regression therapy.

 

Mark has spent six years in Asia, based in India, since 1998 exploring hypnosis, meditation, yoga, past-life regression and spiritual evolution and has maintained a full-time private practise in Bangalore since 2006. Mark was born in New Zealand and conducts sessions in English, though translators can assist if required.

Entrancing Travels

Mark is the author of a novel of travel-based fiction called The Highway. The novel has hypnotic themes and was published in India under the pseudonym Will Marks. The Highway is available in stores and online at Oxford Bookstore.

Journeys include a 16,000km motorcycle trip along the Himalaya from Katmandu to the Karakorum Highway, and 50km cross-county paragliding flights over the Indian Himalaya to Dharamshala.

Mark is a ten year student of meditation and yoga, particularly Tibetan Buddhism and Satyananda Yoga.
